I have an STX38 and was having starting/battery issues. i bought a new battery, fully charged it and tried to hook it up. bolted the black cables to the negative post and tried to bolt the red wires to the positive post but it sparked like crazy and melted...

They can be obtained at most auto parts or tool supply stores... .
An inexpensive volt ohm meter would help you to isolate where the short is .
Check to make sure none of your cables or wires are chafed and touching metal .
You have a direct short to ground.

My advice would be not to completely and instantly cut yourself off from drinking, i's say slowly.
Masking one proble with another , if you hurt yourself while u drink u prob do need to stop drinking.

Hi it can be called that lol usally turbo flutter basicly all thats happaning is ur dump valve is not opening so wen release accelerator under boost it carnt go no where so ur turbo spins foward and bk giving the flutter sound to fix check ur dv vacume... .

Have you tried flushing just water through the jackets using just city water pressure?
Ensure your glycol enters at the bottom glycol port of the tank and leaves through the top port .

MPI_Recv can use MPI_ANY_SOURCE as a way to receive a message from any other rank .
Have a look at MPI_Probe.
Yes, MPI_RECV can specify MPI_ANY_SOURCE as the rank of the source of a message so you should be able to do what you want .

Go with a First Response, always the best :) That was the brand of tests that i got my positive on with my DD, never had a problem with them (but that was a few years ago... .
I've had heaps of problems with Pregnosis ones, the lines never came up properly .
