These days malware is pretty sophisticated and you don't know if the adware has://www.malwarebytes.org/ I recommend....
This could also be a virus is to reinstall Windows.
If you went with Firefox or IE, it will keep opening those windows .

You dont have to have an adblocker running, just check the link .

With people's computers over time (above even Viruses) is too much bullshit running in RAM like adware.
