Possible opportunity has arisen where by we will be taking a 5 bay modern steel frame building out of ag use (to be used by a Brewery).
Early stages of the discussions and it got me thinking about ...

The answer is yes. You can make an RPG with AGS.
Why not? What's stopping you? First of all, you can keep track of stats with global variables. Look them up in the manual. Look for "globalint".

In addition x:Class isn't valid in a Resource dictionary....
Silverlight does not support the x:ClassModifier thats only supported in WPF .
Is the ProvisiorResourceDictionary class public? If not, maybe you need to specify the x:ClassModifier attribute as well .
