Is it possbile to add License agreement in the RPM package? When user installs the RPM, it should prompt to accept the user license agreement.

Presumably if your license was such that you agreed to be liable.
If no entity "Pashasoft" is registered anywhere, that part of Agreement that refers to it would would be to use your own name.
