I created an AIM id AIM profile is inaccessible....
Phone software version is listed in settings > phone info > version .
I am still able to log into the Yahoo messenger, but not AIM.
Started getting that message this weekend.

All three of my daughters are set as a "Child" in the profile option. They are using AOL Instant Messanger adn teh activity isn'y being saved. I verified that the monitoring was turned on adn still no luck.. I have uninstaling and reinstalling the program...
