Apartment help! What does "heat and cold water included" mean in an apartment? I'm looking at an apartment and online it says "heat and cold water included" but it also says "central air conditioning and heat included." Does that mean I would have to ...

I'm sure the apartment has hot water, its just saying that the actual cost of running the hot water heater will be part....
It probably means that the building has a central heating/air conditioning system so you don't have else you plug in.

The last three apartments I lived in in Korea had unpleasant smells. Not only from the sinks and drains, but from the apartment itself. I don't know what chemicals they use to in constructing the apartment, but I can smell them. And it gives me headaches...
