2001 Chevy 2500HD probs 1) The air conditioner only blows out warm air
2) The brakes are spongy
3) The fan motor only works on setting #4 of all 5 settings (common prob with GM trucks)

A while back, I was driving up a 6%+ grade and my car pegged the temp gage.
It broke down for other reasons.

Stop pointing to the radiator!! I don wana replace that just that there is no air pocket trapped....
It sounded like your condition worsened and not allow enough air flow.
System will not suck in air when it's under pressure.

This is the way I test a tank, it is not a standard test procedure and you proceed at your own risk.
I position the tank so I have a port at the highest point for filling. All other ports plugged. Fill as full as possible...

I am now going to try to install them on the opposite sides as i had them.
The ends are aprox 1/2 off from each other.
It seems either i got another bend radius arm or they are side specific .
On the floor and the ends up in the air.
