My in-laws are suffering. They have an older home that has no air conditioning at all. Their main
one or two window units (frankly, restructuring the home for central air would be next to impossible

LOLthis summer I only used air conditioner for a total of 4 or 5 days. good thing
they merely cycle the air in your room. They do not have a setting to draw air in from outside. Only

I've recently had a couple of PM queries about Mistral air conditioners - due to an old post I put
you MUST get them tested by a qualified air conditioning person. I got someone to look over my
holes in the wall! Argh...

A very inadequate air conditioner in the far end of a bedroom, about as far as it is possible
from where their cage needs to be. As we discovered last summer, the air conditioner will barely cool
is running and keeping the air vaguely cooler than outside, but not in blazing hot temperatures.

Of efficiency and performance. "Portable" air conditioners are hardly portable and are pretty ugly
because they don't draw in warm air from outside the room/house to replace the hot air they expel out
Anyone heard of these? Good/bad?

I've got a project where an owner wants to put (5) 10-ton air conditioners in an enclosed basement
gain to the space from the air conditioners. What I can't predict is the rate at which the sub
at 8700 cfm. The design outdoor condition is 95F.

Anyone had trouble with your CR V air conditioner? My dealer said it might be covered under
of information.Well, my CR-V's air conditioner just died and it's a 2003. I've seen lots of other CR-V
the summer. It had 44000 miles on it. I called Honda and they replaced the entire air conditioner system
