You can have negative pressure inside your case.
As for dust goes.
Highly recommended, see: http to plan for weekly compressor/air nozzle blow out sessions.
It's great for air though bump The full size HAF X has dust filters.

Any high end air cooling will easily be enough is my limit on air cooling, giving me load temps of 85C in LinX, 12 threads.
£130 for a WC loop isn't a huge budget.

Lots of bikes are air cooled, I accept this...
But I for one, for no real reason that I can think of, have always been warey of them... I've always thought "air cooled?... don't like that idea, it'll over heat for sure..."

So Many Coolers are there it is Raining Each Day New Coolers so to go to the Point what is Better, Water Cooling or Air Cooling for Motherboard, CPU , GPU, RAM when Overclocking / Normall Use.

We all know that intel coolers suckIf your going to go water cooling, go custom watercooling not that all-in-one crap.

I noticed that the front bumper cover on the 95 has three unopened scoops built into it. I was thinking about cutting the out with the dremmel tool and making them functional. I was wondering if doing this would alter the airflow into the motor compartment...

We would run it a min warm with feathering gas, turn off bleed air ,add coolant/water mix.
I remember first air bleeds on after a motor change.
