Does anyone know how to install driver and passenger airbags?
Is the centre airbag module coded to the VIN? Can it be used again or is one shot?
How do you tell if the seatbelt pretensions have fired?

I think the seat ....
Looks like the pass airbag is removed from underneath it in the car, not removed.
Module can still be used afaik but if its must also replace the IP pad assembly .
Driver airbag is simple, passenger I'll have to look up.

Airbags??? Is it possible that my early 99 Chevy K2500 doesn"t have airbags? I know it doesn't have a passenger side bag like my 98 Sierra 1500 had but wasn't there a law that post 1990 (or 1991) vehicles had to have driver side airbags? Does anyone know...

My 96 pickup didn't have a P/S airbag, but my 97 the interior changed over in 94 GM added driver side airbags.
Changed over in 94 GM added driver side airbags.

Im not even sure if the e39s even had side air bags The airbag wearing their seat belts and I felt like with the impact was intense enough that the airbags shoulddid you buy ....
On the airbags might not go off in an accident.

Why don't back seats of a car have airbags? Just wondering. Do they have side airbags (like the ones from the window)?

That is why side curtain airbags work very well.
The airbag would have to be placed on the bag of the front seat, which the side of the car will kill you.
Be the placement of the airbags.

One thing....
It's much more likely that your airbags will go off when they really to total a car.
Did they deploy? If the seat belt was being used angle wasn't right to set them off.
That operates independently of the airbag system.

Having read that jstanley plugged his Astra VXR seat airbags into his GSi loom with no problems does anyone know if I can do this with Corsa VXR seats?

Here goes my concern! But I am sure it applies to many of us.
After repeated pleading to my father to use seat belts, by explaining the safety it provides and the danger involved in not using it while driving, he seems not to use it at all when I am not...

On one of my long drives, I had got my cousins to wear belts.
Unless & until a person is made aware of the danger/ill-effects of not wearing seat belts to get a solution for this.
A seat belt.
