Program your logic from there.
Have a "Radar Ping" event they respond to that returns current course, heading, speed, and location .
Perhaps a set of processes each representing a plane.

I think it depends on the airline, you probably need to call each one and ask if you need a special seat, or if you are allowed to use the carseat .

Did you try clicking at the hangar, as explained....
The hangar is the leftmost part of the airport on your screenshot .
What you have opened is the station window.
There you can build aircraft.
Click on the hangar building on the airport to pen the hangar window .
