I'm thinking of going to Alaska for a holiday apparently around late April/may or june.
However I want to avoid your school/uni holidays and peak period for any holiday events over there.
Can someone please tell me when your holiday periods are over there...

We're thinking about a trip up the Alaska Highway pulling a large 5W. Some here have made the trip, I'm sure. Would 2 weeks be enough, starting from G.P., do you think? I don't want to be humping it both ways but I'm not retired, either.
