It should be a source of antioxidants , but being an alcoholic beverage, it's also a source of acids.

How many points is red wine? The WW site shows that red wine is about 5 points per 6oz serving, but doing my own search for nutritional info and using the site calculator shows that it's much lower than that. More like carbs of 3.6g per 6oz serving, which...
