What will xanax do to me? I take seroquel XR daily, to help my panic attacks I have been prescribed 0.5mg of xanax, what will it feel like when I first take it?
I have work later so I don't wanna take it if I'm just gonna pass out...

I don't know if what I'm experiencing qualifies as racing thoughts. They are loud and repetitive, with a kind of "pressure" associated with them. Like chitter-chatter in an echo chamber. If I let myself "listen" to them, I withdraw a little. I don't know...
