You didn't mention scenarion 3 - That the test did come back positive, but they value you someone else to fill it is a costly procedure too.

It's probably against the law to test students for d/a but we make it mandatory that all students abide by the code of conduct which in itself prohibits the use of drugs or alcohol so should we have a way to enforce the policy?
