I am hearing a lot about impactions this time of year and had trouble myself. My vet said the hay type did not matter but are there other opinions on this. I was told to feed a little, but not too much, alfafa.

I dont feed umlimited hay.some rabbits will fill up on hay,i give a handful.they need the pellets.you should not feed any vegetables or fruit too a baby rabbit,it could get diahhrea which can be fatal in babies.its the number one cause of death in babies... .
