I have recently been told I have many many food allergies :-/
A very few of the allergies are dairy, all the wheats, soy, oats and corn. Do any of you have these allergies as well?

I have always had a lot of environmental allergies & asthma, lately they have become almost unbearable around the barn, and I don't know what to do about it. I don't think it's the horses as much as the dust/shavings/hay, my horse is shedding right now...
