The first baggage allowance! Most US carriers flying out of the UK also have typically generous allowances are travelling trans....
BA (all destinations) also allow 2 cabin bags on their flights (except out of Gatwick).
We are flying from the US to Munich and a day later to Delhi via Lufthansa. In our past travels to Asia and Africa we have had only carry on baggage. We are having trouble getting specific baggage information on the maximum size and weight allowances....

The only remaining question is the maximums for the Lufthansa flight back have been good if I'd had 4 pieces....
I flew Jet out domestic flights.
In my experience, flights originating in India really don't have a carry-on limit.
How strict are airlines with checked baggage? Edit : Title fail, it should be cabin baggage not checked baggage. I travel frequently but only ever with a backpack. Tomorrow I'm traveling with one of those little wheelie bags AND my laptop in a backpack...

Ryanair much stricter ....
The lowest carry on weight limit is now 10 Kg(22 lbs) and is free.
The restrictions on free baggage allowances can cripple, especially if you are traveling for a while similar for checked baggage.
Hi I'm new to Boof. I'm an Australian and I'm travelling to the US (most likely for the Reno River Fest) in May 12. Can any one advise what airlines will carry play boats and which airlines to avoid. Peter

It is always wise to carry the "Contract of Carriage" for the airline just to show the folks at the check in counter as sometimes they are not away of the special allowances...

As for flights to airports miles from anywhere can't go away for a weekend without bringing their entire wardrobe will now carry their entire wardrobe as carry on to....
They have to pay a bit extra in fees for another flight.
Basically i have a bag that is 7cm over width restriction for carry on. But the bag will not be full and therefore i could squish the bag below the restriction... Could I still get on the flight?

I've had a similar experience, Zimmerframe....
Minutes and given the padding Ryanair put on their flight times, on all but the shortest flights about everyone on the flight check the bag, and on the return flight, nobody was checked.
Can i bring framed art work on my flight along with my checked in baggage?

Have a great time ! You will have a carry on allowance, but if the intended artwork is large, ....
If it is too large ot may go below.
If its larger than the allowed size for a carry on bag for that airline you will be charged.
Help. We are flying TAM airlines from Rio to the FAlls and return. What is the baggage allowance, please? I can only find information in English that talks about carry on luggage and it says 23kg and not exceeding 115 cm. Then on the same site it says...

I plan to carry-on my 2 newly strung racquets on flight because I don't want baggage handlers mishandle them. I, however, don't want to project an image of "I'm a tennis player" to other passengers. Anyone has any suggestions?
