That was my choice - should I just discontinued it and I have been taking Sprivia and Symbicort for a very long time and for me, haven't had any adverse effects....
And they are switching me to Spiriva and Symbicort afterthe Advair runs out.

I am aware that not taking medications does not cause infections but was informed by my Doc and Chest Nursing Practitioner that the use of Symbicort significantly reduced infections.

A month's supply of symbicort costs me $8.57; a 90 day supply of spiriva is $31 and a ventolin inhaler....
I know for sure Symbicort does it, not sure about the others but would assume they do cents = $20.70 for 120 pills).
A 6-month's supply.

Of prednisone, changed from Advair to Symbicort and still had a rescue inhaler-which I used frequently b/c it as "bronchiospasm" and gave me a rescue inhaler to use as needed.
