I've been tempted to enroll in a .5 credit hour class at a local community college so I could qualify for Microsoft's student discounts, but I was curious if anyone is aware of any discounts for Alumni of MS-partnered schools? I've still got a valid student...

I suppose if you have your id, you could get some discounts, but ... .
Just don't use it for profit.
Just buy the student edition anyway, most retailers don't care .
I don't think you're entitled to student discounts just because you were once in a school .

I am an international student so there isn't really an option for me. I heard that an alumni interview does not hold as much weight as an interview with an A/O, and is this advantageous for me as a slightly shy person...

There will not be an MIAA Alumni Meet this year.
Just confirmed via email with JP, that Holland Aquatic Center will not allow us there, and the Dow does not have any one to run the meet for us.
I'll do what I can to run one again next year.

If one has a senior interview on campus, are they automatically removed from doing an alumni interview? At Harvard, this isn't so, but I heard that it might be true for Yale.
