Unfortunately the disease got.
Personal experience of my mother having alzheimer's and my father having to care for her mother having alzheimer's and my father having to care for her.
How do you deal with it? A friend of many years is undergoing a slow deterioration in her mental faculties which we think is Alzheimer's, although as far as we know she has not been tested for it. I'm not even sure that there are specific tests that identify...

This stage is very difficult, but it doesn't really sound as if those are issues yet - Alzheimer's patients can be extremely fearful assistance.
My mother has Alzheimer's.
