With Cubans, let me say that most travelers will (I believe) meet people in Cuba who they consider give anything to anyone who asks but I always arrive in Cuba packed with stuff for friends.

At least 75% of the foreign visitors do buy a packaged trip that includes airfare, resort with food and booze, airport transfers, etc, but does that constitute...

Even in the CUC shops I have rarely seen disposable nappies and I've only ever seen local of the long rows....
That there are a number of issues to think about:
1) It's a long flight to Cuba - around 9 hours on average so you will need.
