I'm very curious what the non-Eurozone STers do in regards to exchanging their local currency into €€.
My next visit to Italy isn't until the fall, and I usually only travel with the ~€75 that I make sure I have at the end of each trip, and then use ATMs...

From what I read, the money is betting the euro will continue to decline somewhat.
If you feel the euro will go up in value it might make sense to buy and hold some euros.

After several years in Europe and money being deposited in American Bank monthly I have learned this.
To a bank in the country you're visiting and exchange dollars for their money it might $10 each deposit fee.
