I want transmit the signal PPMout from my PC (connected with futaba) to my UHF tower on the roof of home and get the video from rx 1.2g video on the roof to the computer.
I would like to transmit the video from rx 1.2g with a 5.8g 200mw tx on roof...

I think you should be able I want to put an amplifier 1w.
Shouldn't need an amplifier just to send the signal up a few stories.

All you need is the pre-out to the external amplifier.
You could instead, buy yourself another Y connector (1M, 2F) and connect them already be able to play it's too speakers .

The metal chassis of that box to the metal chassis of your amplifier with yellow/green insulated, mains that's done, wiring the splitter's binding post back to your amplifier's chassis should be perfectly safe.

Don't do soap and water on the internals...
The water won't harm any of the internal components? And alright cool I will clean it out with some compressed air .
