There is an excellent train service between the airport of Amsterdam - very frequent and cheap.
Going to Amsterdam isn't a bad idea.
Amsterdam airport is huge, so you could certainly kill a couple of hours wondering round there.

My advice - check the photos was not of the standard - so it could be that .
I got both morning and collected the Passport Wednesday the 8th February.
