Has anyone run the Anabolic Diet? I am thinking of running it, needs a few tweaks but I like the general idea.

Been looking at Matrix anabolic whey, mostly due to being a fairly reasonable price and contains a great bcaa content as well as a fair few servings. Any of you used this and got any feedback etc. ?

Stay well away from Matrix Anabolic but the anabolic version is disgusting....
Some names just keep cropping up...
Tastes no bad, good level off BCAAs and cant fault the protein
