My OHhas high dna fragmentation (60% so much higher than you) and we were told to use TESE... .
Your DH will need to see an infection specialist, a male infertility with a good male factor track record too.

I actually had given up on a natural cycle BFP when we were diagnosed with fertility issues in 2005 loss, canceled cycle due to poor....
Not to mention i have been sexually.
DH had SEVERE male factor infertility, that was 7 years ago.
