I think he may anger issues....
I don't think he has anger issues.
Unless he does this with other things and you just haven't immediately it will take time and probably a few slip ups .
Rather than anger issues as a whole.

What are the issues~ Is he angry at home or everywhere (like school, out in public)? Is he explosive/violent or does he stew over things before going off? Does he have any diagnosis that anger may be a "part of"?
