The Riberas Animal Shelter saves 100's of dogs every year and does a great service for the community. I've heard that by the end of the month the dog side will no longer be in its location. Has anyone else heard if they are...

If you can't afford a shelter....
Different animal shelters have different fees, but don't worry about the initial price, worry about.
Just look in the ad in a swapper for a free cat from a animal shelter, or a price if you want.
