I also had a slightly rough idle when cold tho.
Fixed my 03 having the same problem.

Also keeping your camera turned on will keep it warmer, the lens will still be cold in those conditions.
You have to wait until the lens/camera lights etc warmed up .
More humid air from covering all cold surfaces.
