Despite an incredible game from the USA, the headline has to be the national anthem. On a night where Bob Saget sang the anthem at a White Sox game, he was definitely the better of the two.

the british/english national anthem is dire, scotland and wales are alright because they have really good anthems of their own, but we are stuck with "god save the queen".
it is bland, uninspiring...
