None of the schools affiliated with us have any decent courses or programs in Anthropology at all at Central Washington University and they offer a BS in anthropology and have one of the most advanced primatology programs in the US.

Joel Spolsky repeats over and over that today, knowing a bit of anthropology can be very useful for a programer because much of what's being created is social software.
How can someone that already knows the computer science learn the anthropology needed...

It's social anthropology set in a context of the internet, so it's more accessible (to programmers) than purely academic....

What is worse, a bullet to the shoulder or a degree in anthropology? My thinking is the degree in anthropology, because at least the bullet wound would go away over time.
