Does anyone know if the new Microsoft Malware solution is better or worse than Spyware Doctor? My gut tells me that Spyware Doctor would be better just because they aren't a jack-of-all-trades like Microsoft is, but Microsoft's knowledge of their own ...

Never heard of SpywareWindows live one care is EOL, Microsoft Security Essentials is the new product and I personally Doctor, and just because Microsoft....
I think it is a very good anti virus solution that will serve you well.

I don't use either unfortunately.
A lot of people around here seem to have PC Tools anti-spyware or Webroot Spy-Sweeper on their computers.
Most major anti-virus programs also ship with a spyware defense tool.

That said, i have been using spyware doctor alone for the past 4 months and it works splendidly Security....
But it can be a pain and misses spyware, i ended up mixing mcafee with spyware doctor which honestly works.
