I am not sure how many of you have heard of Cyber Security (no link, a rogue anti-spyware doesn't deserve a link). Basically, it's a virus and a rogue masquerading as anti-spyware. You can read about how it forces users to BUY the software on the internet...

Sweet guide! I prefer Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, like a malicious software pretending to be an anti-virus with high restrictive settings, I suggest a hundred bucks on something they could do themselves....

A decent firewall (like AVG) Spybot search and destroy is really good for protecting against infection, throw in:
Spybot-S&D HiJackThis Sandboxie I couldn't care less about malware, keyloggers and whatnot with this setup.
