I'm on the Depo shot and about a week into my 5th, three month shot I was put on antibiotics for strep throat. I had two days left of the antibiotics when I had sex. I was then reminded that antibiotics can decrease the effectiveness of birth control....

Have you guys tried anything orally?
I went to my dr today because i'm SOOO tired of all of this.. anyways she prescribed me something but now i'm nervous to try it! I read the reviews at acne.org and they are not exactly awesome.

I think it's worth a try not get pregnant while taking it until a year after you've quit.

There are several antibiotics you can take while pregnant that are safe so I'd imagine the same kind of infection would probably hurt your chances more than the antibiotics to treat it would.As long as your Dr.

There are much safer antibiotics for pregnant women, nitrofurantoin (Macrobid) is prescribed until 36 weeks.
Labor nurse and do not recall using bactrim very often (if ever) .

I am afraid to take the Flagyl prescribed to me for bacterial vaginosis (yuck) because I'm in the 2WW and I don't know how or if I could affect getting pregnant. The doctor who gave it to me literally ran out the door afterwards so I didn't get a chance...

Has anyone had a dentist appt. while they were pregnant? Mine is at a new office so it is a cleaning and they want to do x-rays and such. I don't know what they should or shouldn't do, use etc, since I'm pregnant.

You can do the pregnancy test for people to get pregnant after the implanon And some people get it removed and get pregnant like 2 days a 3yr old.
Probably not pregnant, your period is just delayed due to hormonal changes.
