Had a successful road trip today and picked up a Glenwood coal stove. The stove was located about 45 minutes south east of Freddy and just over a two hour drive for me The roads were very slick this AM !
On the ride home the roads were wet and covered...

RLB112, if possible when dis-assembling the stove to send some photos.
For infos on nickel plating, I concluded that brand new nickel on antique stoves was clear shining looking.

Have a little surface rust on my Keystoker grate. What's the best way to remove it? Can these grates be sanded with sanding paper or a wire brush without damaging them? Thanks!

I agree as a laundry stove.
The stove and sink were in a 20 sq ft kitchen area at the side of the fireplace.
That statement needs roof.
