I've reported it to ebay, but nothing happens.

Stan IMO a fake.
IMO the ribbon and case are original but the cross itself is a fake .

As I said on the Crosses forum, the ribbon and case look good but the cross itself looks very strange and is IMO a fake .

I have a Belgium 89/36 made by Manufacture D'Armes Del'etat serial number is 2xxx with no letter.
Appears to have an oval proof on barrel and receiver. E /GP in oval. ?? mixed numbers

It won't qualify as a military bolt of repairs and mods would changes....
Of course in your case it would still be a C&R .
I would imagine that would apply to antiques also, but maybe not.
Modifacations done to a C&R disqualified it as a C&R .
