Exercise can also help a lot in reducing stress.
Alternatively, you could try pointing in an interview - I take it the night before to deal with anxiety-induced insomnia.
And see if you can get some advice about beating the anxiety.

I think talking to somebody just in general not about anxiety just anybody can change your minds thinking class is very helpful too.

I have anxiety attacks and go to psychotherapy for them and also take a medication when-anxiety medicine plus psychotherapy....
See a therapist debilitating.
I found out I had a thyroid imbalance which was a major reason for my anxiety.
