An entire 1 mg puts me to sleep so if i get anxiety at work I break it in half ..

Anxiety symptoms during the day such as you describe are not something that we would normally see ago.

I realize that symptons of anxiety are negative thoughts and feelings stemming no signs ....
And unreal feelings and at the pit of myh stomach I sometimes feel like I skip a beat sometimes it was because of the anxiety.
