It would help to post the PHP code that was used to send the email.
AOL, LLC does setting the FROM header on the PHP side.
And by the way, they're also missing out on your email.

I've implemented everything and checked everything (SPF, DomainKey, DKIM, reverse lookup), and only Gmail is allowing my emails to go to Inbox. Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL are all sending my messages to Spam. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Wait, so this user isn't using AOL as their ISP, just convinced my mother and my sister ....
Click on the "Set default programs" icon, a list will populate with all email and web browser right along with using Incredible Mail.

After several HUNDRED spam complaints from AOL, and some investigating by the TCH staff, we think we have found out the reason for 90% of the SPAM complaints.
If you use AOL and have your e-mail from your TCH site forwarded...
