Hi,
It would seem that I have been infected with some kind of virus or malware. A quick MBAM scans shows that registry changed to disable Security Center. I can't access the internet. States there is a problem with the winsocks...

Doing so could make your pc inoperatible and....
DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix or HijackThis fixes without supervision .
Logs will be closed if you haven't replied within 3 days
Please don't attach the scans / logs for these tools, use "copy/paste" .

I ran malwarebytes and it didnt detect anything so I ran superantispyware and adware.gamevance and browser hijacker.deskbar keep coming back after removal and rebooting. Files are attached, thanks for the help. Attached Files attach.txt 23.1K 2 downloads...
