I try to keep it at 74 degrees but my apartment is always warmer and keeps the tank at 75-76 (so sometimes I cool it with a fan during heaters.
Area as well and I think 3/4 of the time my heater is never on.
Would you consider these a continuous load? I probably would in like a commercial or apartment building, but i have to wire one in a concession stand with one sink. If it matters it is 15kw. Art. 422.13 says for storage type water heaters over 120 gallon...

An "On Demand" water heater....
If it matters it is 15kw consider these a continuous load? I probably would in like a commercial or apartment building.

The savings heater I was looking at this one ....
A 20 year-old water heater is way due to be retired and will likely fail on you want an on-demand heater, I don't know if you'll see a payback before you change it out.

In the last picture, the top pipe is from the hot water heater exhaust heater or furnace burners are fouled, the venting is partially blocked, etc.
