Apartment help! What does "heat and cold water included" mean in an apartment? I'm looking at an apartment and online it says "heat and cold water included" but it also says "central air conditioning and heat included." Does that mean I would have to ...

I'm sure the apartment has hot water, its just saying that the actual cost of running the hot water heater will....
Which will include the operating cost of an electric hot water heater as well as lights and anything else you plug in.

Can anyone give suggestions to a home made pool heater using black pipe on a roof. What size pipe should I use to maintain proper pressure and not to over work my pump? Any suggestions would be great
