Have you tried following the documentation for the Google Maps API? It seems like you aren't making to sign up for an API key in order to remove this marking.

Edit: Looks like the api key is no longer required....
But some more information about what you are really trying to do would be nice .
You could host the WebBrowser control on your form and use that to interact with the Google Maps API.

Does anyone know of a Java library that provides a structured interface to Google's AJAX Search API http://code.google.com/apis/ajaxsearch/ ?
I could only find Java API's for their old SOAP based interface.

I'm using both the Amazon and Google API on my personal book API and then use the ISBN from the AWS results to hook into anything Google provides but Amazon to lookup the information via both....
Excellent isbn.nu as an example.

i know you can add custom markers with javascript onto your map. but why do that through code if you got my maps ? my co-workers can edit the public created my map easily, add / delete markers without any programming...

The link place on one page of a My Map, and... .
In your My Map there's a "View in Google Earth" link, use the URL of that link as your GGeoXml URL.
You can use GGeoXml to add My Maps content to your API map.
Functionality as described here.
