Well here's my storie!
I don't have alot of money and I love apples ever since I was a kid.
As I was growing up my dad would send me to my uncles farm,where
they they had apples and all I could eat!
I would try to grow them from seeds I saved but never...

I wouldn't eat an apple from a tree that is sprayed for anything, these Apples are sprayed all day everydayjust put the seeds in the ground....

If I have a Tree that has Apples, how should I model the fact that the Apples are had by Tree. Consider that there would be 3 database tables: tree, apple, tree_apples.
It seems to me that there would be a AppleDecorator class so that Tree can have multiple...

Most of the time you do not....
Thus you can easily switch implementations.
According to Joshua Bloch - Effective Java (Item 18; 19), it is always better to use interfaces here .
List is just an interface while ArrayList or LinkedList are implementations .

I have an extract recipe I formulated and all seems great but I want to know how I should proceed with adding the apple taste. I'd prefer to use actual apples or apple cider instead of apple extract since so many talk of odd tastes with the fruit extracts...

It was really good a few weeks after it was in the bottle, nice apple flavor but not overpowering....
If you used apples with a strong flavor you might that said had apple notes in it.
Enough apple flavor from the apples alone.
