I've just ordered a Blu ray drive for my iMac and was wondering which is best for picture and sound quality? iVI or Handbreak. I will be using MakeMKV to rip the movie from the blu ray disc and then iVI or Handbreak to convert the file for iTunes, ATV...

If you have a Mac and all you need to do is view your pics on your big tv, you would be much better served putting your coin towards an Apple TV than buying Originally Posted ....

Hmm is there any reason that you just don't poke a DVD into the drive
and play....
It produces a .dvdmedia disk image that play in DVD; Apple Laptop Repairs.
Is pretty good at handling commercial DVDs.
