The simple fact that you've used those tools made the product much cheaper .
Surely your customers don't want to unnecessarily pay for the licences of commercial alternatives of those open source tools .

We paid $550 from Best Buy (retail is $699).

Yes, all integrated appliances are the same dimensions (otherwise white goods elsewhere, as they will be losing the margin of the appliances out of the whole price given the direct comparison is....
