I have had Quote: s from Howdens and Magnet.
The Magnet one comes in at about £1500 more than the Howdens one before adding appliances. Howdens included for Bosch appliances but i am shocked...

I'm about to move into a new apartment, and have been asked to sign a contract, which includes the line "Should breakdown of major appliances occur, costs are to be shared equally."
Is this correct? I would have thought that this was generally the landlord...
