Applied today for a savings account and got approved. Pre-approved for a credit card and auto loan. I checked the box for the credit card but at the end of the application for the savings account, nothing was seen in regards to the credit card. I called...

Important Information:
They use a credit check..some people have been turned down due to credit but most are approved. They do not use chexsystems or Telecheck. Anyone can get an account with them...

I mentioned this on another thread about favorite credit unions and it snowballed. Apparently, I found a CU a lot of people didn't know about. I'm a VERY satisifed member of ELFCU http://www.elfcu.org
