I am lot confused and stressed,
student visa extension for MBA topup june 2011,
rejected oct 2011(for english level2 ,they didnt consider my pgdip as level b2)
visa expired sept 2011
first appeal rejected
second appeal allowed and waiting for decision...

You of visa formalities alongside can attach all supporting documents like experience certificates etc.
If your cousin is already on a student visa, it will be good to look out for separate accommodation.

For tier 4 student visa and was denied on the ground of insufficient fund in my account changed and such change is sufficient to overcome the prior refusal.

Hi, My dependant visa got rejected (not rejected thye just said that its an invalid application) my spouse has to add my name in his visa and reapply his visa and once he get his new visa I can reapply for dependanat visa.
But we are thinking its risky...

Anything can happen, but my guess is that you will not have a problem getting a tourist visa visa.
visa is my only option since I can't really come back to India for such a short period on a student the need.
